Mark - it tells you how a range of orders is doing. If your order hasn't shipped yet you may be interested in seeing how many orders are ahead of you. You won't know what the phones are, but you will have an idea of whether there are 100 unfilled orders or 10.

How to run:

you may need to remove the shebang line (first line) depending on where on your mac ruby is installed.
save the file as something - att.rb for example
update the constants (ORDERNUMBERLOWERLIMIT, ORDERNUMBERUPPERLIMIT, and ZIPCODE) with the appropriate values
type ruby att.rb to run the script. It will print to STDOUT as it runs the queries.

You should be good to go.

I've written an order status checked with RSS support if people are interested in checking their status without ruby. You can find it here: http://nsb1.info/~bmichalski/iphone.php?zip=01040&po=9711

Change the zip and purchase order # appropriately.

hmmm Disciples have instrumental music...they are the sister church of the UCC, which also has instumental music. The Church of Christ does not allow music. I grew up and married in the Disciples Church, my mom is a UCC minister and I am now a catholic..
